Listen to your parents

I just wanted to take a few minutes to blog about my first dentist appointment in Korea this morning. It really wasn’t that bad. I was really anxious before hand. I hate going to the dentist in the States. It’s not only that it’s uncomfortable, it’s just awkward. I hate how the dental hygienist and dentist try to make small talk while their fingers are in your mouth. I mean really, what’s up with that? I’m horrible at making small talk (for this reason, I also hate having my haircut). So anyway, going to a dentist in a foreign country adds a whole new layer to my level of discomfort.

Six months in Korea

Can you believe I’ve been in Korea for half a year? I wonder if the second half of my contract will flash by as quickly as the first. Anyway, I’ve been a busy girl lately, so let me bring you up to speed.
